- Set up: Thursday, September 4, 2025 9am-8pm. No set up available after Thursday evening.
- Cost: $125 per vendor booth.
- Booth Size: 10’ frontage by 20’ depth. If you need 20’ frontage, you need 2 booths.
- All your display material must fit inside your booth, including display vehicles.
- Passes: If you preregister before August 10th, you will receive the passes via mail to the address we have on file. After August 10th, you will receive them at the Vendor Check-In Booth.
- Vendor Wristbands:
- 1-3 booth(s): 2 vendor weekend wristbands
- 4-6 booths: 6 vendor weekend wristbands
- 7-10 booths; 8 vendor weekend wristbands
You may purchase additional wristbands (limit 5) for your helpers for $10 during registration
- Vendor Field Parking Passes:
- 1-5 booths: 1 vendor field parking pass
- 6-10 booths: 2 vendor field parking passes
All other helpers will have to park in the Spectator Lot, and shuttle in.
- Teardown: No Sooner than Sunday at 1pm.
- Electrical: Electricity is not provided. Although access to electricity is available on the grounds, we can make no provisions for its use for any specific vendor. $25 charge for electrical use.
- No Food & Beverage Vendors are allowed.
Important information to note:
- Vendor vehicles are not allowed inside the park on Friday & Saturday.
- Weiss Street entrance is closed Friday & Saturday 6:30am-9am.
- Park will be open to vendors after the Staging Lot is emptied.
- No entrance or exit to the park after 7pm.
