Bavarian Cup

  • Limited amount of show cars & trucks are displayed inside the Harvey Kern Pavilion all weekend long.
  • Show cars will be covered under the Harvey Kern Pavilion all weekend, locked up each night and reopened in the morning.
  • All Participants will receive a “Bavarian Cup” Plaque, a “Bavarian Cup” Window Cling, 2 weekend wristbands, and a tshirt voucher (purchased separately).

Auto Fest Bavarian Cup Participants will select who receives the Bavarian Cup Awards.

  • You will receive 4 votes to vote for 4 different cars.
  • You are not allowed to vote for your own car.

Top 4 Winners will be recognized at the Award Ceremony on Sunday at 1pm.

  • 1.0L “Bavarian Heritage Cup” Auto Fest Stein
  • Recognition in following year’s promotions

Top Three Runner Ups

  • Customized “Bavarian Cup” Auto Fest Jacket
  • 0.5L “Bavarian Cup” Auto Fest Stein

These awards given in the pavilion are in addition to the normal park awards and will not affect the awards given in the park. Park awards will be chosen as in prior years.

To have your show car or truck considered, you must:

  • Be preregistered and approved prior to the event. 1987 or older cars only. Must register online under Show Car Registration Tab.
  • Cars that were selected for the previous year’s Bavarian Cup Event, will not be eligible to apply for this year’s Bavarian Cup Event. However, car owners may apply to have another one of their cars in this event.
  • Cars that were selected for the previous year’s Top 25 or Specialty Award Winners are eligible to apply for this year’s Bavarian Cup Event.
    • Applicants must submit 4 pictures (no professional photos)

  • Car must be placed in pavilion by 9pm Thursday before the show. When you arrive, we will hand you your packet.
  • Cars will have a designated spot assigned to them for each entry.
  • Car cannot be moved until Sunday at 3pm.
  • One car per entry. No limit on number of cars submitted.
  • Limited Displays
  • No for sale signs/ cars inside pavilion.
  • If you were picked to be in the parade, your car is allowed to participate in the Big Block Party. If you were not selected for the parade, we would like you to keep the car in the pavilion Friday night. Logistically, we do not think it would work to try and get a spot for your car at the Big Block Party this year.
  • No need for fencing
  • Cost: $75 taken after the car has been approved. $35 will be taken at the time of application (normal weekend preregistration cost). $40 will be taken at the time of selection.
  • If you were not selected, you are still able to be a part of the normal Frankenmuth Auto Fest in the park.
  • Submissions accepted until July 19th.
