Friday & Saturday Morning Staging Lot
Instructions:
- You may park NO SOONER than Thursday Sept. 10th at 9am for Friday Morning
- Must be at your car by 6:30am Friday. At 7am, you will be directed line by line into the park.
- At 7am, the corner of Weiss and Jefferson will be closed
- All preregistered cars will be directed to go through the staging lot
- The only entrance will be on the North Side of the lot on River Place Dr.
- The staging lot will empty FIRST before any other entrance and registration are opened.
Pick Up Option:
- You will not receive the packet ahead of time
- Places/ Times for Pick Up:
- Friday 6am-7:30am: NE Corner of Staging Lot
- Friday 9am-5pm: Registration Building
- Saturday 6am-7:30am: NE Corner of Staging Lot
- Saturday 9am-4pm: Registration Building
- Sunday 8am-11am: Registration Building
- If you miss the preregistration deadline, you can register at our registration building
Mailing Option:
- You should receive by August 31st
- You do not have to stop at our registration building at Schaefer & Bierlein
- You must reach out to us prior to September 2nd, if you did not receive your packet. If you arrive without your packet, without reaching out to us, you will have to pay again.
Staging Lot
- Car must be preregistered to be in the Staging Lot
- Must have window cling on your show car in order to be let into the park
- First come, first serve basis.
- No holding spots
- Friday:
• You may park NO SOONER than Thursday Sept. 10th at 9am.

• All other entrances will be blocked off until Staging Lot is empty.

Frankenmuth Auto Fest Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any car that they feel is objectionable to the event’s well- being, including persons, conduct, printed material and things. If you are asked to leave, the Frankenmuth Auto Fest is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion.
